In Spring 2013, McCann Detroit was entrusted with the herculean task of managing Chevrolet’s interactions with its current and future customers, and its sales force. This account requires our CRM group to use all of their traditional and digital expertise to create, organize, automate, synchronize and disseminate sales, marketing, customer service and technical support on Chevy’s behalf throughout the country. Our scope of work ranges from direct mail pieces to eNewsletters, social media, web films and more.
